Dynamic Inclusion
We begin with an assessment - a view of where you are now, We compare that with your industry and your peers. We overlay that with how the make up of the U. S. population will change.
We show you how you currently measure up in the Dynamic Inclusion™ Scorecard.
Once we know where you are and how you stack up, we partner with you to develop a roadmap of what you must do now to be ready for 2045.
We work with you to identify the options, resources, and tools needed to accelerate Dynamic Inclusion™ at the executive leadership level.
As we work with you to execute the roadmap, we are there to monitor and revise actions in response to the impact Dynamic Inclusion™ has on the performance of your leadership team.
The on-going nature of Dynamic Inclusion™ ensures that change happens across the entire organization from the top down.
"Coming together is a beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success."
― Henry Ford
We begin with meeting with church leaders. This includes the Pastors and other leaders including any committees that have been set up for the purpose of finding ways members can learn about bias and racism, and how these issues may impact members of the church and their community. We find out what the church wants to accomplish. We also look at what kind of training has previously taken place for its members. We want to know what lasting impact previous efforts have had.
Once we have a clear picture as to what has been offered previously, we work with members to develop a comprehensive plan to not only address the needs of the body but also what will be the most beneficial for the members individually. We want our efforts to have a lasting impact on anyone who participates whether it is adults, teens or youth.
We work with you to develop on-going programs that are scripturally supported and have lasting effects. We use workshops and videos, and we help you develop special events, volunteer projects, and strategic partnerships with other cultural groups to help cultivate true relationships with other communities, churches and individuals.
"We recognize that true change in a person’s attitude towards race cannot be merely legislated, it must come from the heart."
― Cheryl Cornelius
We work with nonprofits to assist their staff and clients as well as with school administrators, teachers and students in finding out if there have been any issues they are concerned about with individual staff or students. We assess the staff and students and find out what their feelings are about race, diversity, and inclusion.
After we meet with staff and in the case of a school, a group of students to get their opinions, we develop a plan that will address any issues that have occurred previously, and we work at developing programs that will educate, inspire, encourage and motivate participants to action.
We work with you to develop on-going programs that have lasting impacts. We use interactive workshops that help produce critical thinkers who can clearly state their beliefs and are willing to work towards an inclusive and just society. We also practice the peace circle model that is used in restorative justice which helps address conflicts in a wholistic way. We work to negate any negative attitudes about race and heal any conflicts. We work to build solid, cohesive groups that work together whether students or staff for the good of all.
“The only difference between man and man all the world over is one of degree, and not of kind, even as there is between trees of the same species.
Where in is the cause for anger, envy or discrimination?”
― Mahatma Gandhi
